The problem

When we entered Montenegro real estate, the reality hit fast: every realtor kept their own Excel sheet, listings appeared multiple times at different prices, photos were stale and unflattering, commission splits were opaque. It hurt to watch investors lose time in that chaos and agents working with 2008-era tools. To build trust we first had to build a transparent digital environment. We needed a product we wouldn't be embarrassed to show clients.

What we built

We built one platform that normalizes the data and makes searching and choosing property simple and intuitive. Instead of filters and Excel — a conversational AI matcher tuned to buyer preferences, interactive viewing routes, transparent financial calculations, and a partner ecosystem for agencies. Every listing is auto-translated into 7 languages, and the team works inside a single embedded CRM.

Flow — AI property matcher

A smart algorithm asks about budget, location, and other details, and instantly tunes the feed to the buyer's preferences. With each answer the AI gets sharper and surfaces the properties that genuinely match the buyer's criteria. The first conversational property matcher on the Balkan market.

Interactive viewing routes

The CRM builds a daily viewing plan. The client gets a link with a map, property photos, and inline comments and likes during the tour. Everything syncs in real time — the agent sees what is resonating, the client does not lose track of properties. CSAT rose 40%.

We rolled out dashboards for external agencies on top of our own CRM that handles deals and routes incoming leads automatically. Instead of fighting over listings, we built a single verified database with a fair commission split.

Gemini + GPT Translation Pipeline
Google Gemini embeds descriptions and queries for cosine-similarity matching. On every save, OpenAI GPT translates title, description, address, and SEO metadata into 7 languages with per-locale timestamps.
Meilisearch + Redis
Typo-tolerant full-text search with instant results layered over the vector matcher. Redis caches AI settings, sessions, and hot platform data.
