  • We're experts in PropTech and complex SaaS systems. We're drawn to projects where geodata, multi-level user roles and payment automation need to come together as one. We build products that become the digital foundation of a business — like our own maps and marketplaces across Montenegro.

  • Yes — when the project demands considered UX design and a flawless SEO foundation. We don't work from templates. A one-pager gets the same architectural rigour as a platform with a million users. If your priority is 'just fast and cheap', a high-volume agency is a better fit.

  • No. We focus on transparent, regulated services in real estate, education and the public sector. Our specialty is building long-term tools for business — not speculative technologies.

  • We're based in Budva, Montenegro, and partner with clients across the Balkans, the Adriatic and Southern Europe — including Italy, Spain, Portugal and Slovenia. Internal communication runs in Russian, English and Serbian/Montenegrin. We deliver multilingual products with support for several languages, including French, Turkish and Polish.

  • We work with two models: a fixed-scope contract for a clear deliverable (Project-based) or monthly engagement for long-term development (Retainer). The final number is transparent and discussed after the Discovery phase, once we understand all technical risks and integrations of your project.

  • From 2 weeks for a focused MVP to 4 months for a full PropTech or SaaS platform. We don't drag deadlines: the architectural foundation is agreed at the start, and a first working version can be in your hands within weeks.
